Treatments Fees

All visits are $110 and last approximately 60 minutes.

Visits include an intake and acupuncture treatment, with cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, dietary guidance, and herbal consultation provided as appropriate.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Insurance

We do not bill insurance or Medicaid.

If your plan provides reimbursement for acupuncture, we are happy to provide a superbill with the information and treatment codes needed for you to submit a claim.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations by text message.

For Monday appointments, cancellations must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Friday so we have an opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.

Appointments that are missed, canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full visit fee. This policy also applies to missed initial appointments for new patients.

Cancellations due to severe weather or a genuine emergency will be excused when you contact us before your scheduled appointment time.
